Mar is excited to share this coffee because it was used in their 2023 Brewer's Cup Qualifier's Competition. This coffee was sourced through her friend Camilo and his family's farm in the village Naranjal. This coffee was grown with so much care and intention, using seeds that were originally sourced from Panama, yeast and pineapple juice in the fermentation tank for 4 days to create an environment where sugars thrive. The farm with its fertile soil and climate, produces a multitude of exciting coffee varieties like Java, Castillo, Gesha, Caturra, and Bourbon. We are thrilled to offer this coffee because it is a great representation of genuine partnership and connection in the coffee industry and we are proud to continue genuine partnerships and watching small businesses grow together.
