Your two favorite Atlanta-based Asian Roasters have come together for a super fun project! We are here to represent and collaborate, with a coffee so good it’ll make you look again. We take one single origin coffee, each roast it in our own styles, and then blend them together to bring you the best of what we have to offer.
This coffee comes to us from small producers from the rural areas of Villamaria, Chinchina, and Manizales, in Caldas. It is all processed by Juan Felipe Aristizábal at his wet mill. This particular lot is sorted and washed to remove floaters, and then sealed in tanks for 72 hours to ferment. The cherries are then moved to raised beds in solar dryers and turned 4-6 times a day until dried.
